Angela Inglish's LiveJournal My Adventures in Africa on her arrival August 2006; on travel in Benin with Katie McCollom; on Nairobi, Kenya; on Children's Mercy Preschool in Kaimosi; on Kampala, Uganda; and final remarks, May 2007.
Read Rick Hendrick's daughter Stacy's Journal about her arrival in Africa. In support of African Development, she's in Ghana establishing a company that can be taken over and run by indigenous people. She's working to set it up, get it running, and get people from Ghana trained to take over. The company will produce bio-diesel fuel. She will have to learn new languages: the official language of Ghana is English, but most of the people with whom Stacy will work will be speaking Akan or Twi or Ewe or Ga. She is facing great obstacles; Rick is asking for your prayers.
